Administration Building

The RFP shall be due in the District Office by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

Independent School District 700, Hermantown Community Schools (hereafter identified as the District) is soliciting this Request for Qualifications from qualified firms to assist with planning, design and construction of a new Hermantown Community Schools Administration Facility.

The District seeks a variety of planning and implementation services including: facilitation of stakeholder input, assessment of current facility efficiencies, stakeholder consensus building to a long-term solution, design services for all architecture and engineering and construction administration services for identified and approved improvements.
