    1. SeeSaw is our main learning platform.
      • All communication will be done through SeeSaw, email, and/or phone.
      • Parents not connected to SeeSaw will receive phone calls and materials through the mail or drop off and pick up with District Transportation.
      • Teachers will provide feedback to students and parents through SeeSaw.

    2. One morning check in for attendance purposes.
      • Check in can happen anytime throughout the day.

    3. To begin, there will be 1 core lesson each day for a total of 2 reading, 2 math, and 1 science or social studies lesson each week.

    4. The school will provide materials for students to continue their learning. This may take the form of worksheets, textbooks, telephone instruction, online resources or other methods. Students who are without internet access at home, without access to digital devices, with insufficient technology for the number of students in the home, or those who cannot use technology for religious reasons will be accommodated by having materials delivered and dropped off and picked up by the district's transportation department.

    5. Special education and Title One will post activities for their students and guidance on what needs to be completed.

    6. Specialists will post an activity board with suggested lessons to complete.
      • These lessons are supplemental and students are not accountable to complete them unless they choose to post them to SeeSaw.

    7. Parents may contact their teachers with questions during regular school hours, 9:00-3:30 via SeeSaw or email.

    8. Parents may contact the office or the principal with questions at any time.

    9. Technology help will be provided by Digital Learning Teacher, Andy Olson in concert with District Technology Coordinator, Lars Waldner.

      • All communication will be done through students’ school Google accounts, Classroom and Gmail.
      • If needed, communications can be conducted via phone or Google Meet upon request.

    2. Students should login to their school Google account each day for attendance purposes even if assignments are not due.
      • Login can happen anytime throughout the day. 

    3. Students should check each Google Classroom for each of their regularly scheduled classes daily.

    4. Special education teachers and paraprofessionals will post activities for their students and guidance on what needs to be completed.

    5. Teachers will provide feedback to students and parents through Google Classroom.

    6. Parents may contact teachers with questions during the regular school day hours, 8:00-3:00 via email or phone.

    7. Parents may contact the office or the principal with questions at any time.
