Scott Carter joined the Hermantown School District as the Director of Buildings and Grounds in July 2020. Carter has nearly 20 years of experience from similar positions with Duluth Bethel, Edison Charter Schools and The Hills. He graduated from Lake Superior College as a Residential and Commercial Electrician in 2001. Mr. Carter is a lifelong resident of Duluth and is excited to be part of the Hermantown community.
